Children's Fitness Classes / Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a great way to build confidence and coordination. Beginner 1 is for all new students. Beginner 2 is for students who have been in the program. Every spring the gymnastics program invites all students to participate in our end of the year recital. Space is limited. Minimum-3. Residents can start registering 3 weeks prior to start of session and non-residents may start registering 2 weeks prior to session. Parents are not allowed in the classroom during class unless it is Parent Observance Day or the instructor requests that parents come in and watch.

Pre-school/Open Gym:
Come and have fun with your child using our equipment in a supervised, non-instructional setting. Pay by the day. All children who participate must be registered.

Gymnastics Class Mini Stars
Mini Stars is a class for 3 or 4 year olds who have shown great proficiency in beginner 3 & 4 year old classes, but are not yet old enough to take part in a traditional intermediate class. The emphasis of this class will be on basic skills, technique and form correction, body positions and more advanced skills. This class is by invitation only.
