Summer Camps and Class Info!

Our first fall session began Tuesday September 2.   We pro-rate new students!  Come in for a free trial classSee "Preschool Program" or "Recreational Classes" for schedule & fees.

 

 Our Summer Camp is over!  The children had a great time and went on some exciting field trips each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  We will be having school holiday camps this fall and winter!   Plan to have your child come in for gymnastics and fun.  Check out "Special Events" for details!

Welcome to the home page for Rising Stars Gymnastics, east Boca's newest gymnastics facility!

Come join us at our great new site at 1088 South Rogers Cir. in Boca Raton. Our 5500 sq. ft. air-conditioned facility features all of the following:

  • A beautiful regulation sized (42'x42') competition floor with brand new 2" foam and brand new carpet.

Our National Competitors are Back!

The Rising Stars Girls Competitive Gymnastics team levels 2 through 8 has just returned from the AAU Gymnastics National Championship meet.  We have six gymnasts who won gold medalsAutumn Asen on vault, beam, and floor; Alicia Goytizolo on vault and floor; Avery Henderson on vault; Elizabeth Willmott on beam;  Deanna Paschke on floor; and Emma Paschke on vault.  We also have  eleven silver medalistsLindsay Lord on bars and floor, Haley Szabo on floor and all-around, Alicia Goytizolo on beam and all-around; Autumn Asen on bars and all-around; Emma Paschke on bars and floor; Erin Mullen on bars and all-around; Sydney MacNeill and Mikaela MacNeill on vault; Johanna Holloway, Haley Henderson, and Alison Gebhard on beam.  Our gymnasts also earned fourteen bronze medalsHaley Szabo on vault and beam; Haley Henderson on bars and all-around; Deanna Paschke on beam and all-around, Amanda Kalis on beam and all-around; Hannah Willmott, Calista Jennings, and Brooke Sievers on bars; Sydney MacNeill and Erin Mullen on beam; and Emma Paschke for all-around.  Eighteen of our 23 competitors placed in the top three on at least one event!  The team also brought home 30 copper medals for placing in the top half +1 of the four individual events.  Please see our meet results page for all of our gymnasts' results.  Everyone did a super job!

Cassandra Lobe, level 9, just returned from the AAU Junior Olympics where she earned a silver medal for her open optionals floor routine!  Congratulations, Cassandra!

 

Events
Gym to Host Meet in October 2008

Rising Stars Gymnastics will host the 3rd Annual Fall Festival meet here at the gym on October 11-12, 2008.  This AAU and USAG sanctioned event will draw gymnasts competing in levels 2 through optional.  Please join us!

 

Team Prepares for Nationals - May 2008

Thirty-one gymnasts on the Rising Stars Team have qualified to compete at the AAU Gymnastics National Competition scheduled for June 30-July 3 at Disney's Wide World of Sports.   Due to scheduling conflicts, seven of the eligible gymnasts are unable to compete; however, the Team will have 24 gymnasts competing in Level 2 through Level 8.  Watch this site for meet results in July!

The Team also has one Level 9 gymnast who has qualified for the AAU Junior Olympics to be held in Detroit at the end of July.

Sugar Sand Park Show May 3

The recreational classes and the Rising Stars Gymnastics Team are preparing for the Spring Gymnastics Show to be held at the Sugar Sand Park Fieldhouse on May 3.  It's great fun for the participants as well as the audience.  Come and join us!

 

Fall Festival - September 23, 2007

Rising Stars Gymnastics was host of the 2nd Annual Fall Festival September 22-23 in our gym.  Complete meet results are posted.  Thank you to all who participated!!

 

New Program

Fall '08 Aftercare Program

 New this fall, we are opening our school-aged aftercare program.  Students will be picked up from either Calusa Elementary or J.C. Mitchell Elementary.  A typical schedule includes:  2:15-2:30 arrival, 2:30-3:30 open gym, 3:30 snack (included), 3:45-5:00 homework help, arts & crafts, drawing, games, 5:00-6:00 homework help and movie.

Transportation is by Boca Sports Bus (www.bocasportsbus.com)  and the cost is $90.00 per week.  Registration is now open.  Registration requirements:  annual Rising Stars Gymnastics student registration-$40.00 per year ($60 per family) and deposit of first week of aftercare ($90.00).
